Friday

8:30 p.m. – Bus Arrives

  • Greet students as they exit the bus. Students line up with their assigned team leaders and head to the cafeteria for dinner.

10 p.m. – Orientation

  • The group gathers in the auditorium for orientation followed by a game of night soccer.

Midnight – Lights Out

Saturday

7 a.m. – Wake Up!

  • Have the kids get ready for the day. Bunks need to be made and areas inspected.

8 a.m. – Breakfast

  • Enjoy breakfast as a team, followed by cleanup.

9 a.m. – Dodge Ball

10 a.m. – Soccer Game

11:30 a.m. – Ninja Seminar

  • Team leaders escort kids to the seminar and take a break.

12:15 p.m. – Snack Time for Kids

  • Kids return weapons to the bunk and join the team in the cafeteria for a fruit snack.

12:30 p.m. – First Activity

  • Group leaders drop kids off at the first activity and return for the seminar.

2 p.m. – Lunch

  • Gather the group in the cafeteria for a light lunch. Emphasize respect and good manners. Rest before the next activity.

3:30 p.m. – Second Activity

4:30 p.m. – Third Activity

5:30 p.m. – Fourth Activity

6:30 p.m. – Dinner

  • Ensure good manners and respect from the group. Relax after dinner.

8 p.m. – Black Belt Test

  • Group leaders escort kids to the activity and sit with them during the event.

10 p.m. – Bonfire

  • Relax and enjoy the fire while keeping an eye on the group.

Sunday

7 a.m. – Run & Martial Arts Fitness

  • Get the kids moving. Have them make their beds and inspect the area.

9 a.m. – Breakfast

  • Eat as a team, followed by cleanup.

10 a.m. – Group Ninja Skit

  • Help the group choreograph a 2-5 minute skit including dialogue and action using Ninja techniques.

11:15 a.m. – Skit Performances

  • Performances are videotaped.

Noon – Lunch

  • Gather the group in the cafeteria for lunch. Ensure respect and good manners.

1 p.m. – Pack

  • Escort the group to the bunkhouse to pack belongings and clean.

2 p.m. – Depart

  • Group leaders perform a final head count.
