Weekend Retreat

Here's a suggested schedule for your weekend retreat:

Friday

  • 4 p.m.: Staff arrives at camp to prepare for the kids.
  • 8 p.m.: Bus arrives with kids.
  • 8:20 p.m.: Quick snack at the cafeteria.
  • 9 p.m.: Orientation in the auditorium, including the student creed, rules explanation, and weekend activities overview. Split kids into groups for a 45-minute activity while preparing for the Ninja Walk.
  • 10:30 p.m.: Bedtime routine and lights out with staff ensuring kids go to sleep.

Saturday

  • 8 a.m.: Start the day with various activities.
  • Evening: Demo team performance, board-breaking contest, bonfire, and martial arts stories.

Sunday

  • Morning: Clean up campgrounds and bunkhouse.
  • Afternoon: Downtime around the pool or lake, followed by lunch and bus ride back to school.
