Terms and Conditions
USER AGREEMENT
This agreement outlines the terms governing free and paid content (“Free and Paid-for Content”) provided by martialartsteachers.org (“the Site”) to users (“the User”). By accessing www.martialartsteachers.org, the User agrees to these terms on behalf of themselves or their business. If the User disagrees or lacks authorization, they must refrain from using the Site.
For inquiries, contact [email protected].
SERVICES AND FEES
The Siteowner offers both Free and Paid-for Content and may alter these offerings at its discretion. Free Content may become paid, and Paid-for Content may change in availability or terms.
Users agree to pay applicable subscription fees (“Fees”) with accurate payment details via accepted methods (credit card, debit card, or standing order). Unauthorized payments may result in suspension or termination of access to Paid-for Content. A contract for Paid-for Content begins upon issuing login credentials. Except for subscription cancellations, no refunds are provided, without affecting statutory rights.
REGISTRATION, PASSWORDS, AND PRIVACY
By using the Site, the User consents to data collection per the Site’s Privacy Policy, available at [link]. Access to Paid-for Content requires accurate registration details and a confidential password. Unauthorized password use must be reported immediately to [email protected]. The Siteowner may suspend access if password security is compromised.
LIMITATIONS ON USE
All content is the property of the Siteowner or licensors like SubHub Limited. Users may not modify, distribute, or replicate content. Removing proprietary notices or infringing intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.
LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
The User accesses the Site at their own risk. The Siteowner and licensors (including SubHub Limited) are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from Site use, including lost profits or data. Content is provided “as is” without warranties, except as restricted by local laws.
The Siteowner is not responsible for third-party links, content, or interactions. Users engage with third-party sites at their own risk.
The User agrees to indemnify the Siteowner, its affiliates, and licensors against claims arising from their use of the Site or breaches of this agreement. The Siteowner may assume the defense of claims, requiring User cooperation.
BREACH OF TERMS
The Siteowner may warn, suspend, or terminate access for violations of this agreement. Actions may include restricting Site use or Paid-for Content access.
THIRD PARTIES
This agreement does not grant rights to third parties except for SubHub Limited under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to their exclusive jurisdiction.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement supersedes prior agreements and forms the complete understanding between the User and Siteowner regarding its subject matter.
