Martial Arts Summer Camp Activity Sample Schedule
Day 1: Monday
- 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Welcome and Introduction
- Ice-breaker games and introductions to build rapport among campers and instructors.
- 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Martial Arts Basics
- Warm-up exercises followed by basic martial arts techniques.
- 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Snack Break
- Healthy snacks and hydration.
- 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Taekwondo Drills
- Focus on form and technique with practice drills.
- 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch
- Bag lunch brought from home or provided by the camp.
- 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Naval Aviation Museum Visit
- IMAX movie theater and Fighter Pilot simulator ride.
- 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Review and Cool Down
- Return to the school for cool down exercises and review of the day.
Day 2: Tuesday
- 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Morning Warm-Up
- Stretching and basic exercises to start the day.
- 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Bowling
- Two hours of bowling, including lunch provided by the bowling alley.
- 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Coast Guard Station Tour
- Educational tour of the local Coast Guard Station.
- 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch
- Return to the school for lunch and relaxation.
- 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Martial Arts Techniques
- Advanced techniques and sparring practice.
- 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Snack Break
- Healthy snacks and hydration.
- 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Fun TKD Exercises
- Engage in fun and interactive Taekwondo exercises.
Day 3: Wednesday
- 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Morning Stretch and Warm-Up
- Full body stretch and warm-up exercises.
- 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Florida Caverns State Park Visit
- Tour of the caverns, lunch in a real cave, supervised swimming, and climbing wall.
- 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch
- Enjoy lunch in a scenic outdoor setting.
- 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Martial Arts Drills
- Focus on perfecting techniques and combinations.
- 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Snack Break
- Healthy snacks and hydration.
- 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Review and Cool Down
- Review of the day’s activities and cool-down exercises.
Day 4: Thursday
- 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Morning Warm-Up
- Stretching and basic exercises.
- 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Dolphin Cruise
- Enjoy a glass bottom boat tour and dolphin watching.
- 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch on the Boat
- Lunch provided on the boat.
- 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Character Development Drills
- Focus on building character and life skills.
- 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Snack Break
- Healthy snacks and hydration.
- 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Fun Martial Arts Exercises

Day 5: Friday

- 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Shipwreck Island Water Park
- Enjoy slides, wave pools, and tube rides.
- 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch
- Lunch provided by the park.
- 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Water Park Fun
- Continue enjoying the water park activities.
- 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Wrap-Up and Awards
- Return to the school for awards and certificate presentations.
