New Facebook Tool for Messaging: Instant Replies

What Are Instant Replies?

Instant Replies are automatic messages sent as the first response to new messages on your Page. They can be used to inform customers that you’ll get back to them soon or to thank them for reaching out.

How to Set Up Instant Replies:

Setting up Instant Replies is simple and can be done in a few steps:

  1. Click Settings at the top of your Page.
  2. Click Messaging in the left column.
  3. Under Response Assistant, click to select Yes next to Send Instant Replies to anyone who messages your Page.
  4. To change your Instant Reply message, click Change, update the message, and click Save.

By using Instant Replies, you can ensure that your Page remains responsive and professional, even when you’re not immediately available to answer messages.
