Process: Each team member rates their peers in ten categories on a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest score. It's crucial to maintain a positive and educational atmosphere during this process to avoid any negative reactions or embarrassment. Review the results in private, one-on-one sessions with each team member to foster a constructive discussion.
