Role Model Behavior: New members of the Leadership Team should not roam aimlessly but position themselves next to students who need the most guidance, serving as a role model and maintaining a consistent pace suitable for these students.

Active Correction: Experienced Leadership Team members may, with permission, move around to offer corrections. These should be brief and always accompanied by a smile to maintain a positive atmosphere.

Efficient Movement: Constant movement is crucial. Aim to make contact with each student at least twice per class through a gentle guiding hand, but avoid focusing too much on any single student to prevent making them nervous.

Constructive Feedback: When making verbal corrections, keep them concise and move on quickly. Avoid stating the obvious or over-explaining, which can come off as condescending.

Correct and Praise: Always pair corrections with praise, but ensure it’s genuine. Compliment an aspect of the student's technique that is truly praiseworthy to foster encouragement without coming across as insincere.
