Welcome to the Leadership Team

Introduction

Congratulations on being selected for our Leadership Team! Your nomination was not just a decision; it was a rigorous process involving extensive discussions and enthusiastic recommendations from your instructors. You represent the best of our community, and your role in maintaining our "Tradition of Excellence" is pivotal.

Responsibility and Commitment

Being part of the Leadership Team is an honor that carries substantial responsibility. Your role is crucial in upholding the high standards of training that define our school. We rely on you, along with other team members, to ensure that every student receives the best possible instruction and support.

Tradition and Pride The martial arts tradition has always embraced the practice of students assisting their instructors. This practice supports the integrity and quality of the school. It’s essential that you carry a deep sense of pride in our school and a genuine desire to help others benefit from the martial arts experience we provide.

Openness and Teachability To be effective in your role, you must remain open-minded and receptive to learning. Teaching our students requires a special set of qualities, including the ability to communicate and motivate effectively. Your training will focus heavily on these areas, enhancing your skills beyond the technical aspects of martial arts.

Confidentiality

As a member of the Leadership Team, you will gain insight into the inner workings of our school’s management and operations. This information is sensitive and, much like the behind-the-scenes details of a well-run restaurant, it's intended to remain within the Leadership Team. We trust you to respect the confidentiality of the details discussed in our training sessions.

Leadership Responsibilities

To maintain your status on the Leadership Team, you must actively participate and fulfill the following obligations:

  1. Teach a minimum of two one-hour classes per week.
  2. Conduct at least one 20-minute private lesson per week.
  3. Attend all required seminars, classes, and workshops designed for the Leadership Team.

Our Commitment to You

Teaching is a profound way to deepen your understanding of martial arts and yourself. We are committed to providing you with comprehensive training and opportunities to develop and apply your teaching skills. Our instructors are among the best, and the teaching system we have in place is both effective and rewarding.

By accepting this position, you agree to embrace these responsibilities and strive to enhance the experience of every student you teach. Together, we will continue to foster an environment of excellence and learning at our school.
